About Me

For over 15 years, my career as a nurse has been about helping others heal, recover, and combat disease. But during that time, I started to notice a recurring theme: so many of the health challenges people face could be profoundly improved, reversed, or simply prevented in the first place by modifying daily habits. Even small changes could cause a big impact but are rarely discussed in the hospital or doctor’s office. Our current system focuses on treating problems and diseases once they have already happened. But the reality is, a large majority of the diseases we see today are preventible. Over 70% of deaths in the US are due to daily habits. 

This realization was a turning point for me. Driven by a desire to help patients optimize their health and life, I pursued advanced education in nutrition and became a certified Nutrition Health Coach. I genuinely understand that making positive changes can feel overwhelming and most have no idea where to actually start. That is precisely where I come in. I'm here to help you identify things that can make the biggest impact, simplify the process, provide practical implementation strategies, and support you every step of the way toward a healthier you.
